Gurugram · Small in-person gatherings
Conversations light enough to enjoy, meaningful enough to stay with you.
A relaxed, thoughtfully facilitated two-hour gathering where people talk, listen and reflect around a shared human theme.
No lectures. No pressure to perform. Just a carefully held conversation over tea, followed by a personal reflection archive and a living keepsake to carry home.

Who is it for?
Perhaps you have been missing a certain kind of conversation.
Do you miss conversations that move beyond everyday updates and polite small talk? Do you sometimes feel disconnected despite being constantly connected? Perhaps you have questions that are answered too quickly, turned into advice or lost in online arguments. If you would enjoy pausing, meeting real people and exploring a shared human question over tea, Think. In Room may be for you.
Philosophy
“Think. In Room was born from a feeling I know personally: intellectual loneliness.”
I believe that many answers emerge through self-reflection, but reflection done entirely alone can remain incomplete. The experiences and perspectives of others— especially those different from our own—can widen our reflective space and help us see our questions differently. Others do not provide our answers; they help us examine our own more deeply.
Modern life leaves little room for either genuine human connection or self-reflection. We seem to oscillate between consuming an endless stream of information and escaping from it altogether, with too little time to pause and process what we encounter.
Think. In Room creates that pause: a space to connect, converse and reflect with others, without being told what to think or being required to reach a conclusion.
Inside Think.In Room
Come with curiosity.
Leave with whatever stays with you.

Think. In Room begins with small in-person gatherings. Over time, it may grow into recurring conversations, a community and a digital archive shaped by the questions explored across the gatherings.
About
A founder who holds the conversation, not the answers.
I am the founder and facilitator of Think. In Room. I select themes and prompts, bring together contrasting perspectives and create conditions for participants to think with one another. My role is not to provide answers or dictate the room, but to guide the conversation gently and help participation move organically from one person to another.
I am not acting as a therapist, psychiatrist, teacher, mentor, counsellor or philosopher. I am a curious mind, an observer of human experience and a believer that we can learn from one another.
My multidisciplinary academic background, international exposure, peer-learning experience and work as a professor inform how I research, curate and facilitate each room.
Frequently asked questions
A few things you may want to know before joining.
Is this therapy?
No. Think. In Room does not diagnose, treat or provide mental-health advice. You choose what to share, and no one is required to disclose personal or vulnerable experiences. If you need therapeutic support, please seek a qualified mental-health professional.
Is it a workshop or class?
No. There is no fixed curriculum, lesson or prescribed outcome. The facilitator may introduce selected interdisciplinary perspectives, but not as an authority providing the correct answer. The purpose is to create conditions for people to think and reflect together.
Is it a networking event?
No. There is no expectation to promote yourself, exchange contacts or build professional connections. It is a social gathering centred on genuine conversation without networking pressure.
Do I have to speak? Can I simply listen?
You may speak, listen or take some time before joining the conversation. The facilitator will make room for participation without putting anyone on the spot. You do not need to sound clever, persuade anyone or perform for the room.
Can I come alone?
Yes. You are welcome to come alone or with a friend. Many people may arrive without knowing anyone else in the room.
Who can attend?
Think. In Room is intended for adults who are curious, respectful of different perspectives and willing to reflect with others.
How many participants will be in the room?
Each gathering will have approximately eight to ten participants—small enough to make room for individual voices and varied enough to bring different experiences and perspectives into the conversation.
Do I need to prepare beforehand?
No preparation is required. Come with curiosity and an openness to listen, reflect and encounter perspectives different from your own.
What does the ticket include?
The ticket includes the facilitated gathering, tea, a personal reflection archive and a living keepsake.
